It’s a celebratory moment for Iris to get recognized as one of India’s top 50 best companies in 2022 by The Great Place to Work® Institute. This recognition is a testament to our commitment to placing people first and creating an exciting environment that fosters performance, growth, appreciation, connection, and belongingness.
The top 50 best companies were selected from 1200 companies spanning 20+ industries in the country. They were evaluated on five dimensions – credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. The survey results highlighted Iris leading the benchmark score of India’s Top 50 Best Companies to Work For and mentioned fairness and credibility as our key strengths.

In addition to the five dimensions, the study validated our distinctive culture by assessing our people’s practices around innovation, leadership effectiveness, values, trust, and maximizing human potential. Since our India employees are a natural extension of our client’s IT teams and most of the work we do at our offshore center in India is in close collaboration with our clients, we believe that our clients contribute significantly to creating this unique culture of Iris.
