Career 2.0 - Return to Work

Relaunching women’s careers with
upskilling, training, and development. Iris launched an innovative "Back to Work" model to build a diverse workforce and provide extensive support to women who had to take breaks from their jobs. This program eases the return-to-work transition and allows women to resume their careers on their preferred technology tracks.

Returning Mothers Support Program

Iris helps returning moms seamlessly resume their professional roles by providing a favorable working environment that allows them to balance their work priorities and infant’s needs. Through extended leave, flexible work options and many other benefits, we foster positivity, peace of mind, and success for mothers at Iris.
