What does being an Irisian mean to you? Being an Irisian means belonging to a culture built on trust, respect, and a genuine commitment to people. For me, Iris has never just been a workplace it has been a community that encourages ownership, collaboration, and the courage to think bigger every day.
Share a moment when Iris’s values were truly lived. One of the strongest examples of Iris’s values in action was during the uncertain and challenging period of Covid. Despite the disruptions and anxiety around us, teams came together with remarkable collaboration and empathy. Iris made conscious efforts to ensure employees received the support they needed whether through flexibility, communication, or wellbeing initiatives. Everyone felt cared for during a difficult time. That period reinforced for me that Iris truly puts its people first, not just in words but through meaningful actions when it matters most.
How has Iris helped shape your personal or professional growth? Over the years, Iris has played a pivotal role in shaping my career and confidence. The opportunities to take on diverse responsibilities, work with inspiring leaders,and contribute to meaningful people-initiatives have helped me grow into a more thoughtful, strategic, and resilient professional.
What advice would you give to future Irisians? To future Irisians, I would say be curious, stay humble, and never hesitate to share ideas. Embrace learning, build strong relationships, and remember that your impact grows when you help others succeed.
What excites you most about Iris’s future? What excites me most about Iris’s future is its constant evolution, embracing innovation, strengthening its people-first culture, and expanding its impact. Being part of this journey, even in a small way, continues to be incredibly fulfilling.
