How has Iris helped shape your personal or professional growth?Iris has shaped my journey in remarkable ways. Four promotions in eight years reflect continuous growth and trust in my capabilities. I was nominated for the Great People Manager Award (GMI) 2020, and featured in Forbes – a lifetime achievement milestone which I’ll always cherish. I’ve also been honored with the Nationwide Women in Technology Award (2022) and the Leadership Award (2024).
Iris has been an early adopter of Generative AI, and my learning in this space over the past couple of years has been phenomenal. Recently, I had the chance to work for a banking and financial services client, which is the third-largest bank in the United States in terms of assets, and also a Japanese multinational banking and financial services institution for implementing regulatory compliance in Cloud along with AI capabilities, which are truly exciting.
What advice would you give to future Irisians?Stay curious, explore, experiment, and invest in your development, the supportive culture and enabling functions will help you thrive.
What excites you most about Iris’s future?Iris’s early adoption of Generative AI has helped scale capabilities across multiple standards and governance, adherence, and policy enforcement. This is positioning us as a leader in leveraging cutting-edge technology across these areas.
