Senior Client Partner - Enterprise Services Function - SalesJoined - 2007
What inspired the founding of Iris, and what were the earliest challenges?Iris was born from a simple but bold belief: that technology services could be delivered with a deeper partnership, and a human touch that large firms often overlook. In the early days, we had to earn trust to prove, client by client that a small team with big conviction could deliver outcomes that outperformed established players. That persistence shaped our culture.
What pivotal decisions or moments defined Iris’s trajectory?Investing in people early, and sticking to long‑term relationships instead of chasing quick wins. This had a compounding impact – positioning Iris as a partner that understands both the domain and the people behind the work.
How has Iris’s purpose evolved over time?Over the years, we’ve evolved from being just a services company to becoming a trusted advisor, a transformation partner, and a place where people grow.
Share a moment when Iris’s values were truly lived.During the 2008 financial crisis, one of Iris’s largest customers collapsed, creating significant financial pressure, at a time when Iris was still in a growth phase. The leadership made a clear commitment – jobs remained secure, and all vendor obligations were honored. That demonstrated the strength of Iris’s values and its integrity.
How has Iris helped shape your personal or professional growth? At Iris, I’ve learned how to navigate ambiguity, how to build trust and maintain relationships, and how to carry people along during change.
What advice would you give to future Irisians?Stay curious. Stay humble. Invest in relationships.
What excites you most about Iris’s future? With technology evolving every few years, and the growing global demand for trusted partners, the opportunities ahead are significant. We have knowledge and resilience built over the past 35 years, and we’re still hungry and evolving.
