What does being an Irisian mean to you?Being an Irisian means belonging to a culture that empowers self-direction and intellectual curiosity. Over my six-year tenure, I have learned that Iris is not just a place of work, but an ecosystem that encourages you to follow your heart. Being an Irisian means having the autonomy to align your personal passions with the company’s mission, creating a unique sense of ownership in everything you do.
Share a moment when Iris’s values were truly lived.I truly felt the power of Iris’s values when leadership empowered me to pursue upskilling in line with the rapidly shifting technology landscape. In many organizations, growth is often measured only by titles; however, at Iris, I have experienced a rare combination of advancement in both role and technical mastery. This philosophy of "improving little by little, day by day" has been the cornerstone of my journey.
How has Iris helped shape your personal or professional growth? This empowerment has allowed me to translate theoretical learning into impactful tools. I am particularly proud of developing iAssess, my first handshake with AI-driven development, as well as the VS Code AI plugin designed to expedite Quality Engineering without compromising on security or privacy. These projects were born because Iris provided the platform to bridge the gap between imagination and implementation.
What advice would you give to future Irisians? To future Irisians, my advice is this: The sky is truly the limit here. Your growth at Iris is limited only by the boundaries of your own imagination. As we look toward the future, I am incredibly excited about our expansion into new technologies, especially AI. I look forward to contributing to this evolution, ensuring we continue to lead the way together as we build upon Iris’s collective legacy.
