Share a moment when Iris’s values were truly lived.Reflecting our “Client-First” ethos, a defining moment occurred during the Diwali holiday period when the client went on vacation, and our newly formed team for Cards and Payments was asked to deliver a POC, despite still being in the ramp-up phase. Once the client returned from vacation, the team presented not one, but two well-designed solutions, both of which were accepted. For one of the solutions that resulted in annual savings of 1,150 person-days of work, the client awarded the team their highest COO award.
