We had to scale rapidly to take ownership of a large portfolio of their products. The Iris leadership provided steadfast support, teams collaborated effortlessly, and individuals demonstrated remarkable ownership and empathy throughout. It truly reflected the core values of Iris, unity, accountability, and a deeply people‑centric culture.
