What inspired the founding of Iris, and what were the earliest challenges?Iris was born from a passion for technology and a commitment to create meaningful outcomes for clients.
I joined Iris early in my own journey, coming from a humble farmer family in rural Punjab, shaped by my father’s integrity and sacrifices. The challenges Iris faced, doing more with less, wearing multiple hats, learning fast, building trust with delivery felt familiar because life had already taught me the same values.
What does being an Irisian mean to you?Being an Irisian, to me, means living with ownership and humility. My father’s sacrifices, like choosing a computer over a scooter so I could build a future, gave me my start. Iris then gave me a platform to convert that into a career of substance.
An Irisian means you show up with:
A client-first mindset
Ownership beyond role
Collaboration without ego
A commitment to excellence even when no one is watching
Here, careers are built not just on talent, but on character. Share a moment when Iris’s values were truly lived.
Iris’s values have come alive most powerfully in moments of pressure when outcomes mattered and time was short.
Iris’s teams always stepped up working across functions and time zones, taking full ownership, and staying focused on resolution rather than blame. Iris trusts young professionals with real responsibility.
Personally, as I coped with profound personal losses, Iris gave me not just professional support, but genuine empathy. That is culture. That is values, quietly lived, not loudly advertised.
What advice would you give to future Irisians?Life will test you in ways you cannot predict. When it does, let your values be your anchor. Iris helps you build those values into your leadership.
What excites you most about Iris’s future?Iris is entering the future with both scale and soul, a rare combination.
