It means being surrounded by colleagues who bring honesty, curiosity, and a strong problem‑solving mindset.
Share a moment when Iris’s values were truly lived.At Iris, every day feels inspiring, but one moment that stayed with me was when we kicked off our AI journey with Copilot. I was selected to deliver training sessions to the entire unit, which later expanded into the BCCL initiative. Everyone came together, no titles, no silos, just people truly living our values of constant learning and innovation. That experience reminded me why our customers value us and how our actions reflect who we are when it matters most.
How has Iris helped shape your personal or professional growth?The trust Iris placed in me and the mentorship I received from our leaders helped me push myself, rely on my instincts, and take ownership. The support from both leaders and peers made it easier for me to grow, giving me the confidence and space to develop professionally and personally.
What advice would you give to future Irisians?Bring your curiosity and your appetite for innovation. Iris is a place that not only encourages innovation but actively creates space for it. This is a place where your ideas matter, your efforts are valued, and help is just around the corner.
What excites you most about Iris’s future?Iris’s future is the momentum we’re building with technology. Having experienced the trust our clients place in us, it gives us reassurance, but also a sense of responsibility.
