What does being an Irisian mean to you?Being an Irisian, means being part of a culture that truly values growth for our clients and for ourselves. Client-centricity isn’t just a principle, it’s our way of working. The focus on learning, staying agile, and upgrading skills, keeps me motivated.
Share a moment when Iris’s values were truly lived. When I returned from maternity leave, feeling out of focus and out of technical practice, I was asked to complete some certifications. Balancing new motherhood with work felt overwhelming, but the L&D team truly lived up to Iris’s values. From sharing preparation materials to arranging exam vouchers and creating support groups, it encouraged me at every step. Confidence restored; I completed the certifications successfully. That showed me what Iris really stands for - support, empathy, and growth.
How has Iris helped shape your personal or professional growth?I joined Iris as an individual who simply knew how to write code. Over time, with level‑up programs, technical training, and thoughtful guidance, Iris helped me grow to become a team lead, and into management roles. But the real transformation has been deeper: I’m learning how to evolve into a leader who inspires others.
What advice would you give to future Irisians?Growth begins the moment you choose to embrace challenges. Never waste a good failure, it carries a lesson that propels you forward. Always give your best; effort never goes unnoticed. Stay curious, stay humble, and trust the journey.
What excites you most about Iris’s future?Iris is investing deeply in innovation, upskilling, and creating opportunities that push us to think bigger and deliver smarter. The culture of continuous learning, combined with a leadership that truly listens and adapts, gives me confidence that we’re headed towards something even more impactful.
