What does being an Irisian mean to you?I feel proud to be an Irisian. I feel like I belong to an organization where excellence is of utmost importance. People are treated respectfully, and given ample opportunities to develop themselves. People outside the organization also acknowledge these about Iris, and all this makes me a proud Irisian.
Share a moment when Iris’s values were truly lived.In one recent instance, we were running a certain initiative, and some part of it needed intervention from a person with very deep knowledge of delivery processes. We requested a contact from the Delivery Excellence team to help us with it. They offered not only advice but also helped us through implementation. This showed our core value of collaboration to achieve excellence.
How has Iris helped shape your personal or professional growth?Iris provided me with multiple opportunities to exercise my skills and apply my knowledge.
