What does being an Irisian mean to you? I’ve been an Irisian for the last six years – it’s an organization that values trust, ownership, culture, and empathy. The strong sense of belongingness here is remarkable. People are encouraged to think beyond roles, take responsibility, and deliver impact for clients and society.
Share a moment when Iris’s values were truly lived. During the COVID pandemic, a time of widespread uncertainty, the organization stood firmly by its people – ensuring medical support, flexible leaves, personal assistance, and constant outreach to safeguard employee well‑being. The leadership’s personal involvement made it even more impactful, especially Anil Apte Sir, who actively kept track of each employee’s health and needs.
How has Iris helped shape your personal or professional growth? The responsibility of managing multiple large clients and teams has strengthened my strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and decision‑making abilities, and taught me resilience. It also helped shape my leadership mindset, encouraging empathy, accountability, and continuous learning. What advice would you give to future Irisians? Don’t just complete tasks, understand the why behind the client’s needs. Be proactive, curious, and willing to step outside your comfort zone. Iris offers immense opportunities, but real growth comes from ownership and collaboration. Add meaningful value to clients, embrace an innovative mindset, listen actively, and keep learning.
What excites you most about Iris’s future? Iris growing role as a strategic partner in driving digital transformation, strengthening decision‑making through AI, and modernizing core platforms for global clients will define the future. The organization’s strong focus on innovation, data‑driven solutions, and responsible AI allows teams to create measurable value for clients.
