What does being an Irisian mean to you? Being an Irisian is about belonging to a culture where growth, integrity, and collaboration aren’t just values, we live them every day. Over the past eight years, Iris has been a journey of learning, evolving, and discovering my best self.
Share a moment when Iris’s values were truly lived. One moment that stands out was during an unexpected surge in client volume last year. This required us to reforecast staffing needs, redesign schedules overnight, and coordinate across multiple teams to ensure service levels weren’t impacted.Despite the pressure, it was truly inspiring to see how each Irisian – operations, training, quality, WFM, and even leadership stepped in without hesitation. Just complete ownership and collaboration. It captured the true Irisian spirit: standing together, staying accountable, and giving our best even in challenging situations.
How has Iris helped shape your personal or professional growth? Iris has played a major role in shaping who I am today. I’ve grown into someone who can stay calm under pressure, take complete ownership, and think ahead with confidence. Much of this came from real-time challenges where Iris’s culture truly brought out the best in me.
What advice would you give to future Irisians? My advice is simple: embrace the culture, stay curious, and always take ownership. At Iris, you will grow not just through your successes, but through the challenges that push you to think differently and step out of your comfort zone.
What excites you most about Iris’s future? The incredible potential we have as an organization to scale, innovate, and redefine what’s possible while staying true to the values that make Iris unique. There’s a special combination of experience, agility, and ambition that the company carries into the next chapter.
