Share a moment when Iris’s values were truly lived.A standout moment was the advice our managing director, Anil Apte, gave us during a leadership interaction: “It’s your ship; take care of the crew and navigate through rough waters.” That reinforced my sense of ownership and strengthened my decision-making skills during a challenging project situation.
How has Iris helped shape your personal or professional growth?At Iris, the culture of accountability and bias towards action has pushed me to think beyond execution and focus on overall business impact. Working here helped me develop empathy toward my teammates, which strengthened trust, collaboration, and collective success. At a personal level, regular networking and close collaboration with the leadership have brought out the best in me.
What advice would you give to future Irisians?Own your work, embrace change, and support your team. Develop a mindset to deliver implicit value beyond the tasks assigned by the client. Stay relevant by continuously developing skills aligned with the future roadmap.
