Share a moment when Iris’s values were truly lived.During the second wave of COVID, our Managing Director, Anil Apte, personally coordinated help for employees, from arranging oxygen cylinders to setting up vaccination drives. That kind of empathy from leadership stays with you.How do Iris’s values help you achieve client centricity? We have always been encouraged to give a lot of importance to the customers, be in their shoes, and understand their requirements and their needs. If you make them successful, you become successful. In one project we executed for a financial services client, the requirements were very detailed, and we had a lot of back-and-forth discussions. There were days when I used to be in the office for two continuous days and not come back home. My team members were very committed; they would catch up on sleep on conference room tables and resume working. The end result was very good, and we received more contracts from the client.
How is Iris leveraging advanced technologies for its Fortune 100 clients? We have adopted a customer-centric approach and have engaged with customers to work on proofs of concept to demonstrate our capabilities while getting a better understanding of customers’ specific transformation needs. We have built a culture of innovation and continuous learning by encouraging employees to upskill and adapt to changing technology.
