What does being an Irisian mean to you?Being an Irisian means feeling respected and valued for who you are and what you bring to the table. I’ve felt genuinely empowered to make decisions, own outcomes, and even fail fast when needed. Often, that trust came even before I fully realized how much I was about to learn. Knowing there is support to learn from and move forward has been a strong motivator and a key reason I have grown with Iris over the last seven years.
