What does being an Irisian mean to you?Being an Irisian means taking ownership, beyond your role. It’s about building with intent, acting with accountability, and using trust to deliver outcomes that scale staying grounded in Iris’s values and ensuring positive human impact. Since joining Iris in March 2020, I have experienced a culture where leaders place deep confidence in their people, setting high expectations while providing the guidance and support needed to succeed.
Share a moment when Iris’s values were truly lived.Iris’s values come alive in many moments; two of which remain firmly in my heart – our enterprise transformation and the pandemic response. A strong focus on positive outcomes for our clients helped shape future-ready talent systems, while genuine care for employee experience drove initiatives like iWin and Iris Samaritans. What made these moments truly meaningful was collaboration and ownership, teams across functions stepping up for one another, leaders offering steady support, and a shared commitment to getting through complexity together.
How has Iris helped shape your personal or professional growth?Iris has played a significant role in my growth as a leader. I was encouraged to move beyond execution and think systemically – shaping talent architecture, performance, and career frameworks, compensation, analytics, and the SuccessFactors platforms at scale.
Iris consistently recognized my efforts and trusted me with opportunities to lead, and this balance of autonomy and leadership support sharpened my strategic thinking and helped me grow into a change leader focused on building future-ready systems and processes that support the business.
