What inspired the founding of Iris, and what were the earliest challenges? In the early years, building credibility in a competitive IT landscape and expanding from the domestic market to go global were key challenges.
What does being an Irisian mean to you?Being an Irisian means belonging to an organization that thrives on curiosity, collaboration, and commitment. It’s about taking ownership, delivering with integrity, and continuously striving to make a meaningful difference. Above all, it’s about standing by one another and celebrating every success together as one team.
Share a moment when Iris’s values were truly lived.A defining moment was during a critical project for a U.S. life sciences client. We had to not only work with new technology, but the timelines were also very tight. The entire team and leadership came together, working late nights and weekends to deliver a successful outcome. The collaboration, accountability, and customer-first mindset reflected Iris’s core values in action. As the project manager, what helped me was a mindset of resilience and focus; the Iris leadership encouraged us to take ownership.
How has Iris helped shape your personal or professional growth?Iris has given me opportunities to take on challenging roles, lead diverse and multiple teams, and continuously learn from brilliant minds. Our culture of empowerment and trust has helped me push boundaries, refine my leadership skills, and develop a broader perspective on problem-solving.
What advice would you give to future Irisians? Stay curious, be open to learning, and never hesitate to take initiative. Value teamwork, respect diverse perspectives, and always deliver with integrity.
What excites you most about Iris’s future? It is Iris’s ability to reinvent itself with changing times while staying true to its core values. I’m excited about how Iris is embracing digital transformation to create meaningful value for clients.
