What does being an Irisian mean to you?Being an Irisian means choosing curiosity over complacency, collaboration over ego, and integrity over shortcuts. It is about supporting your team when they need you and knowing that they’ll stand by you, too. It is about a sense of belonging, trust, and genuine care.
Share a moment when Iris’s values were truly lived. One unforgettable moment is how Iris responded during the Covid crisis, choosing compassion over convenience. The emotional and financial support, the willingness to listen, and the simple act of being present reflected our values in their purest form.
Even during the difficult business times of 2008, Iris stayed committed to its “Client First, Employee First” philosophy. That consistency demonstrated the strength of our culture.
How has Iris helped shape your personal or professional growth?Iris has shaped me in many ways. It taught me to lead with empathy, to stay open to feedback, and to grow through change rather than fear it. I’ve learned to appreciate nuance, trust my instincts, and surround myself with people who challenge and inspire me. Iris helped me evolve into a stronger, more grounded version of myself.
What advice would you give to future Irisians?Stay curious, ask questions, challenge yourself, and keep upskilling to stay relevant. Remember: excellence is not about perfection; it’s about intention, integrity, and continuous growth.
